initiating an online program launch
Meghan was instrumental in the launch of the Stanford Online Digital Transformation program. This program spans four departments and includes eight faculty. A program involving so many stakeholders required someone who could navigate the university environment, hear every contributor’s perspective, and work to build consensus for a final program design that would appeal to learners. Meghan was able to do all this and build an excellent program.
She skillfully wove together multiple courses and fragmented content from multiple departments into a cohesive whole, telling a story that was compelling to learners. The concept of the program was so popular that one of the initial webinars promoting the program brought in a record 20,000 attendees.

Working through Ambiguity
Meghan is an exceptional problem solver, in an instructional design context as well as with overall business challenges. She deftly handles simultaneous projects with different teams competing for time and resources. Her ability to identify the critical path in a project and quickly adapt to changes that threaten timely (and on budget!) completion has saved me more than a few headaches. Meghan not only navigates projects well but is adept at building relationships and understanding an organization's official and 'unofficial' structure. She is a joy to work with and I hope I get the chance again.

Creativity & Execution
The really special thing is that she has fantastic creative abilities and the ability to execute on them. So often it is one or the other. Meghan can do both.
Ireen Massis, Associate Director of Global Programs for Stanford Online
Solution Oriented
It’s about connecting the dots. If you have a problem that you are unsure how to solve-Meghan can always connect the dots and reach a solution.
